Origin: Comedian Margaret Cho's numerous attempts to talk like a stereotypical African-American woman when trying to make one of her jokes funnier. A contraction of the comedian's last name (Cho) and the name Shaneequa (Neequa). Could also be used in the broader sense of an Asian woman who speaks like an Africa-American woman in some attempt at "added effect"
