Philosexual is a sexuality, just like Gay, Straight or Bi. Philosexuals are people who want to have a romantic or sexual relationship but cannot because they suffer Philophobia - a rare phobia of love. Some Philosexuals, depending on how strong their fear is, may experience romantic attraction (most of them are asexual too) but commonly suffer various side effects along with this attraction, due to their fear.
