The most serious level of dare one can threaten another with. Similar to a "triple-dog-dare," but at least 10x more serious. One simply cannot back done from a triple dungie dare, whether its life or death. In Ireland, it is exceptionally more serious than a mere "dog" because we are referring to the infamous dolphin, "Fungie" which is quite often mistaken to be Dungie. In Irish folklore, Dungie is also thought to be the evil stepbrother to Fungie, and has sought to steal the Dolphin crown from Fungie in the Dingle Bay in Ireland.
