UKK UKK UKK (NOUN) It’s the gagging sound when someones throat is getting skull f*cked by a dick (intense hardcore head). The person giving head is choking on the dick and is making these “UKK UKK UKK” noise. The noise can be done on purpose for sound effect or it can be heard from choking on the dick due to lack of air, production of spit or size.
