A Crimillionaire is a rich people who consciously makes their millions at the direct expense of other people, (and/or the environment). They do not give back to their community, or society at large, they dodge taxes, use off-shore fund accounts and launder money, and they do no practice philanthropy. A Crimillionaire pisses on the Social Contract, cheats the system and in doing so keeps unknown numbers of people scraping to get by or destitute around the world.
