A Garner is a person who acts like a little bitch. As a kid, a Garner can be heard shouting "I'm telling!" at any injustice or breaking of a rule. As an adult, a Garner is still a liltle bitch. They often tattle tale and avoid confrontation with other adults. A Garner tends to think of themselves as above others and expects the world to cater to them. This, of course, is because they are more intelligent than everyone. A Garner will be the first to tell you how wonderful they are.
