A Polish slang term. Derived from the root word Kozak. An act of trying to come off as Polish as possible, especially as a hooligan, by using more clever street slang & wit. Usually someone who Kozaczy oneself is showing his street smarts/dominance in order to impress, or to show belonging to that particular group or persons. An act to gain acceptance, and show ones' street credibility as a Polak hooligan/thug, to other Poles.
