1. A female who, usually due to some small amount of popularity, becomes so extremely narcissistic, egotistical and self important that they truly believe everything they do and say is exceptional impacting and life changing. Anyone who doesn't kiss their ass, criticizes or disagrees with them is a hater, a bully or (if a man) a misogynist. A lot of times they suffer heavily from the Dunning-Kruger Effect. 2. A person who acts like such a massive cunt that their behavior not only draws everyone's attention to it, but it also negatively impacts everyone around them
