Sister Sally is the random man in a group who's duty is to wear the skirt and be the dumpster for the day. Generally approached from behind, the skirt is pulled over the bussy's head to hide his ugliness. Story's vary over the origin of the name Sally, from pirate days taking turns in the barrel to desperate sister who would do anything for attention. We usually call him Mark.
