Any officer of the court, judge, lawyer, politician, public official, or salaried government employee whether the position is held in federal, state, town, or village capacity accepting payments and agreements from lobbyists, endorsing a publicly owned or private corporation or business' product, service, or influencer marketing initiative, or pandering to the voting base. This pandering or endorsement whether compensated publicly or privately can be made through brand endorsement. Brand endorsement considered any action of obvious visual product inclusion through social media marketing content, television appearance, literary and auditorial statements provided through means of written or verbal commentary by first or third parties.
