That one mother fucker who is never around and always stirs up shit and creates pointless beef between people who don't even know each other or are mates. They do this in hope to receive attention as their parents don't love them. (Also claps after plane lands or a movie ends). Examples: saying someone is talking shit, making up rumours about who got head from who, someone is fucking someone else, etc. In general being an absolute fuckhead who's opinion has zero value and has no mates. Also know as a shit stirrer as they stir up shit and create unwanted and unnecessary beef.
