To frolle (frolling) (pronounced 'froll' in english) is a norwegian slang-word for the action of putting something under the foreskin of your penis. It can also be used for the action of placing your foreskin over something if the entire object is too big to place underneath the entire foreskin. The origin of the word is unknown, but it has been scarcely used since the early 2000s. It can be used for both malicous purpouses or as a recreational or pleasurable activity.
