1. when influencers on social media post something to get people to "do a thing" without actually doing it his or herself and expecting to get credit for the idea / loved by society for saying it (without having to life a finger to do themselves... like puppeteers) 2. when influencers or celebrities post something about some "utopian societal change" (while enjoying the leisure of conversational distance / deniability) without consideration of the steps to reach said ideal or state esp. and having no real concern about the potential for people to get hurt
