Fing Tao is a phrase in Cantonese for "flinging heads". It's what Cantonese speaking parents called rave parties back in their party days. The term originated from the way party goers swung their heads until they puked blood. Hence the Cantonese phrase "finging until (you) puke blood." To break it down, Fing is a verb which means to fling. Tao is a noun which means head. The phrase "Fing Tao party" means a rave. Fing Tao Squad is your rave family.
