A pureman is a man (see pure-she for the female equivalent) who unintentionally lives a highly principled and stereotypically 'good' life hence the use of 'pure'. For example, they'll have an exemplary diet - carefully rationing out sweet treats for up to years as they want to ensure their body receives only the purest and most nutritious food types. They are also highly educated and well read but will neither present as arrogant nor pompous instead showing absolute understanding and balance when in a sensitive conversation. Pureman are a rare breed, perhaps a throwback to a simpler time.
