the male genital organ of higher vertebrates, carrying the duct for the transfer of sperm during copulation. The penis is the male organ used for urination and sexual intercourse. The penis is located above the scrotum. It is made of spongy tissue and blood vessels. The shaft of the penis surrounds the urethra and is connected to the pubic bone. The penis is vulnerable to many diseases like balinitis. Balanitis is most common in uncircumcised men. Causes include skin disorders, infection, poor hygiene, uncontrolled diabetes and harsh soaps. Symptoms include pain, redness and a foul-smelling discharge from under the foreskin. Treatment depends on the cause, but may require antibiotics, steroid creams or antifungal creams. In extreme cases, the foreskin may need to be removed (circumcision). There is another disease which the penis can have. this is Pryonies Desiese. Peyronie’s disease is a type of ED that happens when scar tissue causes your penis to bend or curve unusually. A slight penis curve is completely normal. But the curve associated Peyronie’s disease is usually more distinct. It can result from a penis injury or trauma that causes scar tissue, called plaque, to build up. sharp bend or curve of the penis hard lumps or tissue on the bottom or side of your penis shaft or all the way around pain or discomfort when you get hard or ejaculate penis shrinkage or shortening
