Someone from Latin AMERICA. So no , not someone from Spain , Italy & Portuguese. Those are Europeans. Spanish people aren’t latin but European. Which makes Spanish people white . Latin people were indigenous people before the Spanish colonized Latin America. And forced Spanish onto them. Brazilians & Haitians are Latins as well but don’t speak Spanish .
