1) A slow moving ghetto bus that carries around old people and retards. It is often the target of snowballs, sandwhiches, fruit, jelly donuts, and anything else that can be thrown at slow moving bus. 2)A person without any common sense and says stupid things like "Take creatine,stay hydrated, get huge, have good times." They are also incapable of doing the most basic of tasts like opening pop cans, drinking milk, or not dropping half eaten corn dogs into the couch.
