A colleague in the radiology department that simply cannot be happy for another person's perfect x-ray exam. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person’s x-ray. Collimhating, the result of being a collimhater, is not exactly jealousy. The collimhater will overlook all of the impressive results of a near impossible exam that was miraculously pulled off and instead will focus on the petty imperfections.
