The PWH Defense stands for, the "Pee Wee Herman" defense. It is derived from the common argument, made famous by Pee Wee as..."I know you are, but what am I". It is used by shitheads on the internet who have no argument, but must say SOMETHING. It can also apply to a third party, meaning, if I say something about person A, the respondent will claim that you are actually talking about person B. It is fallacious and stupid, and should never be used, unless you are Pee Wee Herman. Then it's ok.
