Fettiwhapp-- fettiwhapp is known as fake dope made by cops ( feds) . It is put out on the streets in colors, normally pink or blue so they can track it, because they are just as addicted to it as the people selling it, ( they are crooked), so they put that shit out there in order to find the big wigs to get the real shit for themselves by arresting the dealer and "confiscating" the product.
