Italian meditative practice consisting in channeling out one's anger through the shouting of colourful interjections associating the name of God and his relatives with the most creative nouns (porco dio and dio cane are good, time-tested examples). This interjections are called bestemmia. The art was first mastered by the italian journalist Germano Mosconi. Nowadays in Italy the practice is so common that any bestemmia can be even used as an exlamation of surprise, fear, disappointment, etcetera, varying the tone of the voice accordingly.
