There are 2 pronunciations of OwO 1 being "ooh-woo", the other being "oh-whoa" 1: OwO is to this day an ongoing furry meme, meaning something caught your attention usually followed by some form of "What's this?" and sometimes after that "*notices*" then something to finish it off, often something lewd.
