Someone who is a bad driver. Can be classified as two types; 1: the aggressive road pest ( one who speeds recklessly, drives beyond his/her ability, passes maniacally in the slow lane, waits until the last possible second to merge when lane is ending) 2: the oblivious road pest ( drives slowly in the passing lane, changes lanes without looking, varies their speed while driving on highways constantly)
