The foot of a New Jersian which is so callosed that almost thing can hurt it. This condition usually occurs to people who live by the beach, (not down the shore), and also play a lot of sports. The combined sports blisters, and sand work togeather on the foot to form a thick, hard layer of skin which is nreal impenatrable, and immune to pain. Anyone that has a Jersey Foot can be seen easily walking around bareoot on the beach sand, and pavement on the brightest and hottest of days where as anyone else has to jump and sprint around in futile attempts to avoid burning layers of skin off their feet
