A clout chasing Egirl/Eboy who pretends to be emo or scene. They usually appear on emo/scene Facebook communities and on Instagram using emo or scene related hashtags. Though the current Egirl or Eboy definitions state they are a type of emo though this is not true because its stated a bunch of times and confirmed on Anthony Padilla's interview with Eboys that Eboy and Emo are two seperate things even the emos Anthony interviewed don't identify with the Eboy subculture. They don't even give the same vibe either nor do anything that represent them match. Emo/scene have flat ironed hair, Band shirts and skinny Jeans while an Eboy has tiktok, 90's hair with a beanie over it, Striped long sleeves, pad lock necklaces, and painted nails. Though there are stereotypes about emo, they aren't true an emo/scene have freedom to Express themself and Express their love for the subculture through the style they are most known for while an Eboy/Egirl when using their hashtags make a complete mockery of it by doing weird edgy poses and making hentai faces. Most emos would try to educate but these Ethots would take the advice and constructive criticism as "hate" for being different in order to continue gaining clout. "You don't haved to dress emo to be emo" "Stop hating us for being different"
