When a person believes that stereotypes, or a simple disqualification for a particular issue for any reason other than "race", is the only satisfactory answer as to why the issue occurs in the first place. Ex: Excuse me for speaking the truth, but if more black men had fathers there would be less crime, and there wouldn't be so many of THEM in jail.
