A plockmaniac is typically a man (in rare cases a woman) who, for reasons unknown cannot stop aggressively yanking or rubbing their genitals, often violently to the point of bruising or chaffing. The most severe cases require intervention of some sort as the plockmaniac can get defensive or downright hostile when confronted about his or her disorder.
