Teleprompter Reader of the United States. This is a bastardization of POTUS (President of the United States). This term is currently applied to Impeached President Donald Trump because of his apparent inability to speak extemporaneously without a teleprompter. Attempts to do so result in an average verbalized pause ("umm") count of 20-23 per minute. (Count them whenever you see the President's teleprompter break).
