As a Paramedic, in Detroit, we had to take a past and present medical history of the patients. We would ask about current medical conditions. Cardiac, Pulmonary/Breathing and Lung Conditions, Neurological Conditions like Strokes or Epilepsy and Seizures. This last condition Epilepsy and Seizures when we would get the response usually from a bystander. The response was always, Yeah he/she has Athletic Scissors.
