pass the batty A game consisting of two or more participants passing an imaginary batty. They each take it in turns to perform a set routine or a series of freestyle tricks and make a group decision on who handled the batty the best. Method of scoring involves points out of ten based on how well the performance was executed. Creativity, passion and risk factor all cum into play here. Some famous tricks include the “wall mount” and the “hit and run”. The game is commonly played in a classroom environment or down the pub after one has had too much to drink. It has been rumoured that pass the batty will be making an appearance at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
