A verb that describes when someone shows off the size of their arms by wearing no sleeves specifically to intimidate someone. This can also be an unintentional intimidation if the person is unaware of their arm gainz. Sort of the opposite of gymtimidation and maybe even a reason why some feel gymtimidated.
