A person who relies on technical analysis, statistical data and visually interprets data to trade, hedge, reduce exposure for his/ her 401k, on the markets. Someone who can analyse big trades and the footsteps, (so to speak) unintentionally left by the bigger players and investors/ funds, using the stock/ forex/ bond/ etf charts of an instrument or pair of instruments.
