Tackleball is played on springboard vinyl flooring with 6 players on each side. Tackle ball is played with a basketball with partial pads and 30 seconds to score. There are a few ways to score. Basic Rules If you pick up your dribble you can be tackled. Offensive player has 3 seconds between passes to place dribble down. If an offensive player enters a Tackle Zone he can be tackled. There is a 3,4,5 point line. Contested dunks are 3 points. There are two new goals on each side of the hoop worth one point each. There is no penalty for minimal contact. Contact that slows down the game or effects possession is penalized by 2 minutes in penalty box. There is a goal protector guarding each basket. Goal Protector must meet offensive player in the air if that player begins his jump outside the goalie box. Tackleball
