Noun. The word "bitch" refers to a war criminal. Specifically the word "bitch" refers to a soldier, war-fighter, intelligence officer or combatant who uses their position to target, harm, injure, assault, sexually assault, point a gun at, point a directed energy weapon at, shoot at, rape, maim, torture or kill one or more civilian non-combatants. In so doing bitches act in violation of the international laws defined through the Geneva Convention. The word bitch also refers to combatants and war criminals who sell, furnish, provide or relay intelligence about civilian non-combatants to war-fighters, soldiers, intelligence officers, intelligence agents or intelligence agencies the bitch reasonably expects will carry out acts of violence against civilian non combatants or whom the bitch believes they can manipulate into carrying out acts of violence against civilian non combatants.
