A 100% Kosher Diet, but for the Goyim or in the case of the individual; Goy/Gentile. Usually a Kosher diet is one that is outlined for the Chosenites; Kosher foods are those that conform to the Jewish dietary regulations of kashrut (dietary law), primarily derived from Leviticus and Deuteronomy. The Goyim should adhere to this diet to ensure good health and fitness. The Jew wont cause detriment to themselves, so why would you?
