everyone has different definitions of crush so here’s mine.....having a crush is not the same as having real feelings for someone. Your crush could be someone you’ve known your whole life or it could be someone who you know nothing about. But what makes a crush is this: it’s someone you can’t get your mind off of, that you’re constantly thinking about. It’s someone who you don’t know what it is about them that you like so much, there’s just something there. It’s someone who fantasize yourself with whenever you’re lonely but you know you’re never actually going to be with. Maybe you tell your friends about this person and it becomes an inside joke, or maybe you keep your it your little secret. But most importantly, with a crush, the foundations of an actual relationship don’t have to be there, neither do the feelings- HAVING A CRUSH ON SOMEONE DOESN’T MEAN YOU LIKE THEM AS A PARTNER. “Crushing” on someone is it’s own type of feeling...
