“Conversate” is what is called a “back-formation” based on the noun "conversation.” But the standard verb usage for this sort of thing is “converse.” It is mos def not A "word used by backwards, ignorant, illiterate inner city "trash" whatever that means- Since it is clear that non-standard English commonly is use more frequently than standard English which for the purpose of this we will say it is commonly called "correct English" even though there is NO such thing. Even Shakespeare used non standard English which is now standard English. so anyone who says that our words are ignorant and stupid will be kicking themselves and hating when our words become standard. study linguistics before you hate on things you don't "like" homie. smell me- keep hating.
