Someone you either hate or {love}. Maxwell can be a sweetheart, and will be to whoever he likes. If he hates you, he will avoid you like the plague, and try (but fail) to make sure you don't notice. If you are his friend, he will treat you like a good one. If you are hated by one, don't even bother trying to change that. He can be so stubborn that nothing will work. If you don't know him well, he will be considered the dream-guy. If you know him well, he is someone like your brother, babe, or enemy.
