1) an egg covered in bird shit. A mix between shit and egg. Common occurence with eggs that have not been cleaned such as on a farm. These eggs are usually undesirable unless the person has very unusual tastes. 2) {insult} A person who was shit on by their mother as they were born. Linked to the base definition of shegg. To be called a shegg is a moniker of shame.
