A theatre nerd is a person who is highly invested in musicals, sometimes to the extent that it’s an addiction. Theatre nerds are usually in all of the drama-related clubs at their school. You may be a theatre nerd if you have any of the following symptoms: • You sing showtunes Non-Stop • You understood the reference above • Tap dancing is not an uncommon occurrence for you • You have overdramatic reactions to everything • You will change in front of anyone • Alexander Hamilton was not just a Founding Father to you • Anything anyone says can trigger a song getting stuck in your head • You unconsciously switch accents while talking Theatre nerds are part of a a big, cozy community of people who are probably a bit too affectionate with each other at times, quote Shakespeare regularly, are very, VERY loud, and sometimes act like a cult.
