A group of wannabe gangbangers from central Massachusetts. Known for their leader going missing and willingly hopping into a police car (also his address being leaked online with people pulling up to his mansion), they're recognized as the biggest group of clowns in the entire state. Ironically enough, 4TL stands for "4 This Life" but they're only for underage girls, heroin, and Snapchat beef, additionally for walking in police cars instead of running like anyone with a brain would.
