Being ‘on the knob’ is a state that an individual can be in, it occurs after heavy drug use and has an effect of paralysis or drowsyness. Not being ‘on the knob’ can result in erratic and crack head like behaviour, after a long period of not being on the knob an individual can enter the no knob existential crisis state where they crave nothing but the knob to the point they would kill themselves for a hit on the knob.
