A phrase/term an edgy teenager says every 5 seconds. Usually the teen is edgy, shadow the hedgehog lookin ass, has a stand called star platinum, and wears a hat. A blonde haired vampire states "I WILL KILL THE MAN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING THIS" but we all know he will not. Usually this term is used when one has had enough/does not care anymore. It depends sometimes, sometimes it can be use because one just simply has a hat hair.
