A place where many (often annoying) anime fans gather to frolic amongst eachother to discuss, watch, or dress like anime characters in a cosplay. Many anime fans, turn into retards and loose a significant amount of intelligence upon entering the premises of an anime convention and are prone to acting in a very annoying manner, or speaking many bothersome phrases in a language named japanese.
