"Ugly scp tato" is a phrase popularised via a Roblox you tuber named Flamingo. Within his video, Flamingo sees another player repeatedly say the phrase "ugly scp tato" while he was in a rap battle against somebody and decided to spam the phrase within his rap. While there is no actual meaning to the phrase, the phrase does refer to the fictional writing piece the SCP Foundation which works on containing supernatural beings/items.
