Noun. Someone who eats quickly or defensively in public. Northern Irish slang. It was used frequently in 1980/90s schoolyards to meme pretty much anybody eating without offering around. It called up the context that the individual must get starved at home. It could be used as an equally metered chant to playfully shame someone eating during an inappropriate gathering, or someone whose stomach grumbled loudly during a silence.
