The one and only love there is, is your spirit. Your spirit, your soul, which is one with the universe, is in its essence true unconditional love. People often confuse love with a need for physical contact. The true love, however, does not come from your body or your mind, but from your soul. It is your ego that tells you that you “love” this person more than that person, but your soul does not make such distinctions. The one love comes from your soul and it is equally strong towards each and every lifeform on earth. As long as you try to convince yourself there are different degrees of love and maybe even different types of love, none of that is love, but only ego attachments. The one true love comes when you do not identify with your ego anymore.
