You set up a plastic cup on one side and take a quarter and shove it up your ass "with pants or shorts on" so you shove it between your pant legs or short legs so your not actually doing it bare ass but once you do that you walk around the campfire and position yourself to drop the quarter in the cup and if it goes in you win the money that the people dropped and missed before you but usually starts off with a buy in.
