A person, can be male or female who has a head in the shape of a penis, or who has a penis shaped growth protruding from their forhead. There have also been a few cases where penis shaped growths have grown from both cheeks or out of both ears. Also commonly used as an inslut between people. Can be meant that you are a 'nobed' or that infact you are just a fool.
